Dec. 24  Pharmacy open 8–11 a.m. All other services closed for the Federal Holiday
Dec. 25–26 Closed for the Federal Holiday. Patients who require prescription refills are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid interruptions in medication access.

Did you know you can complete Part Two of your PHA by phone, utilizing a remote care clinic servicing Fort Leavenworth service members? If you are enrolled at the Munson Army Health Center and would like to utilize this service, please complete the Part One portion online through MEDPROS, then call 1-844-863-3236 (press 1) to make an appointment.
