Immunization

 

Upon arriving to the clinic please check in with the front desk. 

Patients receiving an Immunization are advised to remain in the clinic 30 minutes following an injection in case of allergic reaction. This also applies to parents of children who are under 18 years of age who have received an injection. Parents cannot leave their children unattended, in case of a possible emergent treatment requiring parental permission.

Seasonal Influenza and COVID Vaccines are also available without an appointment Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 1 to 3 p.m.

Save time and complete your screening form before you arrive. Do not fill in the Part II or Part III Section. 
Travel vaccines are not walk-in. 

Active Duty Service Members

Active duty and Guard/Reserve members are required to get the flu vaccine. For tracking purposes, we recommend getting vaccinated through a unit, installation, or MTF vaccination event. If you receive a flu shot outside the Military Health System, please obtain the information below and provide to Munson's Department of Public Health for entry in your medical record:

• The date the vaccine was given
• The vaccine name or code
• Manufacturer
• Lot number
